Of course the correct course of action should be to administer an on the spot fine & ejection of the miscreant at the next stop (if the train is already in motion) NOT to fuck the fare dodger up the arse! I hope the appropriate disciplinary procedures were subsequently instigated against the guard when his employers viewed this footage?? Tut, tut
