This Guy (literally, Guy, haha) is nice enough until he owes something, then his attitude turns south fast. He has a victim complex, and acts like the whole world is against him. In fact, he is just slothful. If he'd ever bother to earn a few bucks it might just make everyone around the House a lot happier. When confronted about the rent he starts up with a B.S. story, but he gets cut off. It's time for him to put out or get out.
